Confidentiality

Just as confidentiality is important for a seller, it is just as important for a buyer. After all, you will be the new owner once the deal is closed. If the business has a good reputation, the last thing you want is for your customers, employees, suppliers, and competition to know that the business has changed hands and is under new management.

Likewise, you don't want your current employer to know you are thinking of buying a business, so make sure the broker you are dealing with handles their transaction in a confidential way.

When your deal with Global Business Exchange, you will first be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to protect both you interest and the seller's.
