Database of Buyers
At GBE we have over 9,000 buyers in our database. For years we have collected data on the interested parties that have inquired on our listings. As each buyer has inquired about one of our listings we have noted in our database the their interest, or interests, desired location, financial interest and ability.
Once duly noted in our database, we have a tremendous resource to market from in an effort to find the right qualified buyer for a particular transaction. This database gives us the immediate "go to" source of qualified buyers speeding up the success of putting together a transaction. |
